Un año sin Ronnie

Hace un año que se nos fue Ronnie James Dio, probablemente la voz más influyente del Metal. Te recordamos, Ronnie. Hasta siempre!!

El recuerdo

Antes de acabar el 2010 quiero recordar a unos grandes que nos dejaron este año:

Ronnie James Dio: la voz del metal y creador de los famosos cuernos del heavy. El vocalista de Elf, Dio, Rainbow o Black Sabbath, entre otros, dejó de deleitarnos con su voz para siempre. Un tipo amable, agradable y amistoso, dicen los que tuvieron el placer de conocerle.

Leslie Nielsen: el crack del humor. Un poco de nuestra sonrisa murió contigo.

José Saramago: "Los únicos interesados en cambiar el mundo son los pesimistas, porque los optimistas están encantados con lo que hay". Un verdadero Premio Nobel.

Steve Lee: el vocalista de Gotthard murió en el momento más exitoso de la banda. Una gran voz que acabó su historia sobre una moto en EEUU.

  

Y, por supuesto, el más grande:

JOSÉ ANTONIO LABORDETA: poco puedo decir, salvo que era un fenómeno en todo. Todo un ejemplo. Al irse, dejó un hueco en nuestra sociedad imposible de llenar. Luchó por la libertad como nadie, se enfrentó a quien hizo falta y habló a la cara a quien le quiso callar.

Tampoco podemos olvidarnos de otros grandes que se fueron como el bueno de Manuel Alexandre, el luchador Marcelino Camacho, Antonio Ozores o Enrique Morente.

Así comienza un comunicado de Wendy Dio que ninguno deseábamos leer. Se anunciaba la muerte del gran RONNIE JAMES DIO. El vocalista pasó por las filas de grupos tan importantes como Rainbow, Black Sabbath o Heaven and Hell, sin olvidar la banda con su propio nombre con la que consiguió múltiples éxitos. Hoy quiero hacer un homenaje aquí a uno de los vocalistas más grandes de la historia del Heavy Metal y el Rock and Roll.
